This past Saturday, I had a great day collaborating with amazing people at this month’s IEA Stakeholders Summit. All stakeholders must have a voice at tables where decisions are made to equitably transform our organization and move our strategic goals forward. Every constituency group must feel seen, heard, respected and supported as we build an organizing focused organization that builds power to reach our goals.

You should have received your 2025 Election notice. Bring your vioce to the table where decisions are made by becoming a delegate at the National Education Association Representative Assembly and/or join the Education Support Professional Council. Submit your nomination for by Febrary 12th. You may submit nominations by certified mail or online. See election packet for details.
